Billing questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- Not to begin a trial. You add a payment method when you subscribe, or earlier if you want the workspace to continue automatically.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The workspace becomes read-only rather than disappearing: you can still read and export your data, but sending stops until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted while you decide.
- How are users counted?
- By the people who can sign in to the workspace. Connected mailboxes are counted separately, so one person with four mailboxes is one user.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by the payment provider; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
- Do you offer annual invoicing?
- Yearly billing by card is self-service. For invoicing, purchase orders or a different currency, talk to us.
- Who handles payments?
- Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach WaryMail's servers. We store the plan, the status and the invoices.
