Integrations

Connect the mail you have. Wire in the tools you run.

Three ways in for mailboxes, and two ways out for your own software.

Mailbox providers

Not enabled here

Gmail and Google Workspace

Connect with Google sign-in. WaryMail reads and sends through the Gmail API and subscribes to push notifications so new mail arrives without waiting for a poll.

  • OAuth — your password is never seen or stored
  • Labels map to folders in the inbox
  • Revoke access from your Google account at any time

Microsoft 365 and Outlook

Connect with a Microsoft work, school or personal account. Mail moves over Microsoft Graph, with change notifications where your tenant allows them.

  • OAuth with the permissions listed at consent time
  • Works with shared and delegated mailboxes your account can open
  • Revoke access from your Microsoft account at any time
Available

Any IMAP and SMTP host

Fastmail, Zoho, cPanel hosting, a mail server you run yourself — if it speaks IMAP over TLS, it connects.

  • Credentials encrypted at rest and never displayed again
  • TLS required; the host is checked before every connection
  • Folder mapping you choose during setup

A provider marked “not enabled here” is not configured on this installation. Ask us and we will tell you when it is switched on rather than letting you find out at the connect screen.

Build on it

REST API v1

A versioned JSON API at api.warymail.co.uk/v1 with an OpenAPI 3.1 document you can generate a client from. Tokens are created by a workspace owner or admin, carry only the scopes you tick, can expire, and can be revoked at any time.

  • Read accounts, threads, messages, contacts, follow-ups and tracking events.
  • Send mail, create contacts and schedule follow-ups.
  • Cursor pagination, idempotency keys on sends, and clear rate-limit headers.

Outgoing webhooks

Register an HTTPS endpoint and WaryMail will post events to it: mailbox updated, message sent, message opened, link clicked and mailbox sync failed.

  • Every request is signed with a per-endpoint secret you can rotate without downtime.
  • Failures are retried on a fixed schedule and the endpoint is paused if it stays broken.
  • Payloads carry identifiers and counts, never message bodies — fetch the detail through the API.
