Follow-ups

The thread comes back to you, not the other way round.

Most email is lost between “I’ll chase that later” and later. WaryMail turns that into a dated reminder attached to the conversation, and cancels it the moment the other side answers.

Follow-up reminders

Set a reminder while you compose, or on any thread afterwards. Choose the date and time, add a private note about what you are chasing, and decide whether a reply should cancel it.

  • Cancel-on-reply is the default: an answered thread stops nagging you.
  • Due reminders surface in the inbox, in notifications and in a daily digest email.
  • Reminders belong to the workspace, so a colleague picking up a thread sees what was promised.
  • They can also be created through the API, so a CRM can schedule the chase.

Scheduled send and snooze

Write now, deliver at a sensible hour. Scheduled messages sit in a queue you can inspect and cancel until the moment they go out. Snoozing hides a thread until a date you pick and returns it to the top of the list.

Templates and signatures

Save the replies you write repeatedly and insert them in one keystroke. Signatures are per sending identity, so the right footer goes out with the right address without thinking about it.

The daily digest

One email each morning: follow-ups due today, threads still waiting on a reply, and anything that failed to send. It can be switched off per user, and the workspace can disable it entirely.

Notifications you choose

  • A reply arrives on a thread you are watching.
  • A tracked message is opened for the first time.
  • A follow-up falls due.
  • A connected mailbox stops syncing and needs re-authorising.

Each of those is individually switchable for in-app and for email.
